ADDITIONAL TERMS

1.       It is expressly understood that is the employer of musicians, and as the employer

is responsible for all deductions of State and Federal taxes, FICA, Workers’ Compensation, TDI, unemployment, and all necessary employer responsibilities.

 2.       It is expressly understood that payroll will be done by
