Nomination and Election Report

A nomination meeting for the officers and board of Local 677 was held on March 13, 2010 at 2:00pm in the union board room.

Nominated for president: BRIEN MATSON
Nominated for vice-president: JAMES MOFFITT
Nominated for secretary-treasurer: MARSHA SCHWEITZER
Nominated for delegate to AFM convention (2 positions):
MARSHA SCHWEITZER, STEVE DINION

Nominated for Board of directors (7 positions):
STEVE DINION, STEVE FLANTER, TERESA SKINNER, SHERYL SHOHET, ROCKY HOLMES, FUMIKO WELLINGTON, BENNY VILLAVERDE

All candidates were deemed eligible to run and accepted the nomination, either in person or by signed letter of acceptance. All candidates running unopposed, President Matson declared all candidates elected outright. No election need be held. The new board took office immediately and held its first meeting on March 30, 2010.
